This introductory session demystifies artificial intelligence for public health audiences. Participants will learn key AI concepts and terminology, explore why AI matters for public health practice, review current public health use cases, and discuss ethical considerations and responsible adoption. The session also includes guidance on getting started and assessing AI tools.
